Latest news: Good news from Montreal
From 28th November to 9th December all eyes will be on UN climate talks in Montreal.
These are the first talks since the Kyoto Protocol became law, and as such mark a key event in climate negotiations.
Countries will start to look beyond the the first phase of the Kyoto Protocol. Will they take decisive action, and look at having tighter targets? Or will there be a lot of hot air and backtracking?
The next two weeks will tell.
