A revised proposal has been made for Dorset's first windfarm at Master Pit, a working quarry near East Stoke.
Did you know?
Four wind turbines at Master Pit could generate enough electricity for up to 5,000 homes.

If the UK is serious about meeting its targets to cut carbon emissions we must switch to clean and safe energy sources like wind.
Local government must lead by example and approve projects like this one so we can harness our abundant supplies of wind energy.
The developer, Infinergy, has listened to the concerns of local residents.
Following consultation, the size of the proposal has been reduced to four turbines.
This will ensure that the impact on local wildlife is minimised.
East Dorset Friends of the Earth is supporting this proposal. They are campaigning for a safe future for everyone in the area.
Please join them in calling on Purbeck District Council to approve the project and help cut carbon dioxide emissions.
