- Local Development Plan
How land in your area will be used in the future.
- Community Strategy
What your community is working towards.
- Community Involvement Scheme
How your local authority plans to involve you.
Friends of the Earth Cymru says:
The planning system should:
- Allow communities a say.
- Create jobs.
- Deliver a good quality of life.
- Be fair to residents as well as developers.
